What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna — including Klarna's Pay in 3 and Pay in 30 options. You can also pay with a Strati Gift Card.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to help — once an order has been dispatched we're unable to make changes.

How do I find my size?

Check our size guide on each product page, which includes garment measurements for every size — not just a single model's height — so you can measure against the actual item rather than guess from a photo. For longer-length pieces we also show the finished garment length per size, the same way you'd check a length guide when buying leggings or joggers elsewhere.

Do Strati products run true to size?

Our base layers and compression pieces are designed with a slim, supportive fit. If you're between sizes or prefer more room, we'd recommend sizing up. And if you do order the wrong size, free size exchanges make it easy to put right — see Returns & Exchanges below.

How much does delivery cost?

UK Standard delivery is £4.95. Next Day delivery is £6.50 — order before 1pm.

How long will my order take?

UK Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days. Next Day orders placed before the cut-off arrive the next working day.

What's your returns policy?

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — one of the more generous windows in performance and athleisure wear, where 14 days is the norm. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and hygiene seals attached. UK returns are paid for by you (£4.95) unless you are exchanging using our “free size exchanges policy”. If you are wanting to purchase another Strati item after you have sent your return, we will provide you with a £5 credit towards your order. Gift cards and final sale/clearance items can't be returned.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes — free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. We'll send your new size straight away with a prepaid label to return the original. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and hygiene seals attached.

How long do refunds take?

Within 7 working days of us receiving your return.

How do I wash my Strati kit?

Wash at 30°C with similar coloured items. Do not bleach, tumble dry, dry clean or iron. Avoid biological detergents and fabric softeners, which can affect the performance fabric.

Does the GPS Base Layer come with a GPS tracker?

No — our GPS range includes a secure, integrated sleeve designed to hold your own GPS tracking unit. The tracker itself isn't included.

What does the Strati Promise/Warranty cover?

We stand behind the quality of every product we make. If your Strati item develops a manufacturing fault within 1 month of purchase under normal use, we'll repair or replace it free of charge. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from incorrect washing.

How do gift cards work?

Strati Gift Cards are digital — choose an amount, and it's emailed instantly to you or the recipient, ready to redeem at checkout.
