Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Strati website and any orders placed through it. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who we are

Strati Global Ltd (“Strati”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England & Wales, company number 15652844 registered office at Strati Global Ltd. 2. Using our website

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have parental/guardian consent.

• We may update, suspend or withdraw all or part of the website at any time without notice.

• You're responsible for keeping your account login details confidential.

3. Products and pricing

• We make every effort to display product colours, materials and sizing accurately, but slight variation between what's shown on screen and the item you receive may occur.

• All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before an order is dispatched. If a price is wrong, we'll contact you before processing the order.

• Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

4. Placing an order

When you place an order, we'll send an order confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order — it doesn't mean we've accepted it. A contract is formed once we dispatch your order and send a dispatch confirmation.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Visa, Mastercard and American Express via Shopify Payments

• Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay

• PayPal

• Klarna (Pay Now, Pay in 3, or Pay in 30 — subject to status and Klarna's own terms)

• Strati Gift Cards

Payment is taken when your order is dispatched. We use third-party payment processors and never store your full card details ourselves.

6. Delivery

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once we've received payment in full.

7. Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to return the item once cancelled. Strati's own Returns policy is more generous than this legal minimum — 30 days, UK returns postage is paid for by you £4.95, free size exchanges fall under our “size exchanges policy”. This comfortably beats the industry norm: most direct competitors in performance and athleisure wear offer returns windows of 14 days, so Strati's policy sits at the generous end of the market, not just the legal minimum.

A few standard exclusions apply, in line with normal practice across the sector:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and hygiene seals attached

• Gift cards are non-returnable

• Items marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase are non-returnable

8. The Strati Promise

We stand behind the quality of every product we make. If your Strati item develops a manufacturing fault within 1 Month of purchase under normal use, we'll repair or replace it free of charge. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from incorrect washing.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the Strati name, logo, product designs, photography and copy — is owned by or licensed to Strati and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

10. Our liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence, but we're not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

11. Events outside our control

We won't be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, or failures of our delivery partners.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this website at the time you place your order.
